Each session is intuitive and unique. I do not follow a “fixed formula”; instead, I open fully to what is needed in that very moment. The blend of my knowledge, presence, and your openness guides us where we need to go.

Energy comes from the source – I am only a channel.

And energy always finds its way.

You can choose Reiki, Reconnective Healing, or a blend of both – but most often, the body itself knows what it needs most, and I simply follow that call.
