What is Intuitive Healing
An Intuitive Healing session is based on my sensitivity and ability to “listen” to the energy of your body without a pre-set protocol. My background in Reiki and Reconnective Healing gave me a strong foundation, yet over time I realized that all methods are simply different expressions of the same universal energy.
The body does not always speak the same language, which is why I believe that working according to fixed rules is not what everyone needs. Instead, I attune to what is present and choose the approach that feels most natural and effective for you in that moment.
In this way, Intuitive Healing becomes an authentic, fluid, and deeply personal session, the one I most often recommend to my clients.
How Intuitive Healing can support you
This form of work can support your healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, ease energetic blockages, and restore a sense of inner clarity and connection.
The treatment does not “fix”, it invites your being to return to balance, in its own rhythm.
Each session unfolds differently, because each time you arrive with something new.
What an Intuitive Healing session looks like
The session begins while you lie down, fully clothed and without shoes, on a treatment table. I first gently scan your body with my hands, without touching – sensing where there may be energetic tension, stagnation, or weak flow.
Then, guided by intuition, I begin the session – usually moving slowly and mindfully from head to feet. My hands are held above the body, but if I feel your body “asking” for touch in a specific place, I quietly place my palms there. Everything I do, I do with permission and deep respect for your space.
During the session I spend more time in areas that signal they need extra attention. Everything unfolds spontaneously and in your rhythm, without rushing, without expectations.
The session can be silent or accompanied by gentle music. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional waves, subtle movements in the body or simply a deep sense of calm. All is welcome. Whatever you need that is what will come.
My recommendation
If you are unsure which treatment to choose, Intuitive Healing can be the most natural first step. It is not limited to one technique – it opens the space for you to receive exactly what you need in this moment.
Intuitive Healing adapts to you, not the other way around.

If you have a medical diagnosis, it is important to remain under the care of your doctor. Intuitive Healing can be a valuable addition to your healing, but it is not a replacement for medical treatment.
