You may feel a tiredness that does not go away, an inner confusion, emotional tension, or a sadness you cannot explain… Or perhaps your body speaks through symptoms, pain, or illness. You may sense that something is not as it should be, without knowing exactly what – or you may carry the weight of past traumas, relationships, or losses that have not yet found their place.
In all these moments, a space opens up for holistic work – gentle, yet deeply transformative. A process that invites you to return to yourself. This can unfold through coaching, therapy, or a blend of both, depending on what you need most right now.
Coaching or therapy – what is the difference
Coaching is focused on the present moment and on practical solutions. The emphasis is on your goals, the changes you long for, and the steps you can take here and now to feel stronger and freer. Coaching is ideal when you want to gain clarity about a life situation, make a decision, or reconnect with your own potential.
Holistic therapy goes deeper. It includes all elements of coaching, while also creating space for healing emotional wounds, traumas, and old patterns that silently shape your present experience. Therapeutic work does not ask you to “fix” yourself – it supports you in returning to your whole self.
In my approach there is no strict division between “problem” and “solution”. I walk alongside you – as a complete, sensitive, and intuitive being.
The Circle Method – your natural rhythm as compass
In my practice I work with the Circle Method – a holistic approach originally called the Wielwerkmethode. It is based on the cycles and inner rhythms of life.
This method:
🌿 activates the natural flow of energy – restoring vitality and inner balance
🌿 respects the natural cycles and interconnectedness of all life – body, emotions, spirit, and environment
🌿 releases stagnation in inner processes so that energy can flow freely again
🌿 helps you become aware of what has been unconscious, because only when we recognize something can we choose differently
🌿 explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, behaviors, energy, the body, the material and the spiritual
The Circle Method is a model that illustrates the natural flow of any process – whether it is personal growth, an emotional blockage, psychosocial challenges, starting a project, or making an important decision.
Whatever the situation, this method helps to move what has been stuck – always on your personal level.
Everything in life flows in cycles
Everything in nature carries its own rhythm and forms a circle. Every process, whether big or small, is subject to change, movement, and return – and in that way becomes infinite.
Whether it is a tree or an entire season, all are part of the same natural laws.
One of the essential laws of nature is this: everything is in constant motion – yet always in a natural, effortless direction.
The sun rises in the east, follows its daily path across the sky, and sets in the west. And again, the next day. The year comes to an end – only to begin again.
Awareness brings freedom
Unlike the sun, we as humans have the power of choice. Yet sometimes – unconsciously – we choose to go against the flow. We resist change, cling to old patterns, and then wonder why life does not unfold as we wish.
The Circle Method teaches us to recognize where we are in our process and what we need in order to move again in harmony with our own rhythm.

🌿 Thoughts
Every process begins with a thought. A kind, uplifting thought creates a positive feeling. Heavy, negative thoughts can distance us from ourselves and block our natural energy.
⚡ Energy
To act and to live authentically, we need energy. Too much can make us restless. Too little makes it difficult to initiate what we long for.
💓 Emotions
Feelings move us. Whether joy, anger, or sadness – only when we acknowledge and accept them can we truly become who we are.
🧍♀️ Body
The body is our vehicle through this life. Through it we feel, live, and communicate. Its condition often reveals how we are really doing.
🌱 All together = YOU
Your personal reality is the result of all these layers: your thoughts, emotions, energy, and body – and also what lies beneath it all: your essence, your soul.
